Shipping policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere within South Africa via our shipping providers, Vertical Cloud Logistics. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Generally, orders will typically ship within 9-14 days from the day your order is confirmed, either by a direct purchase from our website or by acceptance of a custom design and a subsequent deposit of at least 70%. This might vary depending on factors that are not in our control,  e.g. load shedding.
Please note that powder coated signs often take a few extra days depending on the outsourced supplier.

a. Shipping Charges
Shipping on standard orders over R500 are free within the borders of the Republic of South Africa, but internationally determined by the destination country, excluding applicable sales tax.

b. International Orders
We ship worldwide!  Additional costs will be incurred when shipping internationally. Shipping internationally will take longer than domestic shipping, as all of our products are manufactured and shipped from South Africa.
We do not take responsibility for any delays/damage/losses caused during international shipping due to factors outside of our control.
